4. Counter Notification

If you believe that content you uploaded to RScripts.info was removed in error or as a result of misidentification you have the right to submit a counter notification. Your counter notification must include your full name and contact information, a description of the content that was removed and its location on our website before removal, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed by mistake or misidentification, a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in your area and your physical or electronic signature.
